What this website collects
- Forms (admission enquiry, careers, contact): the name, phone number, email address and message you type. We use them only to reply to you and, for admissions and careers, to process your enquiry or application.
- Transfer certificate download: the scholar number and name you type, only to find and show the certificate.
- Basic cookies and visit statistics, so the website works and we can see which pages are visited. They do not identify you personally.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the school except where the law requires it.
NGS Dashboard (the school’s own management app)
The school uses its own internal app, NGS Dashboard, to look after its advertising and social media. With the school’s permission it connects to:
- Google Ads, the school’s own advertising account, to read results (how many people saw an ad, spend, clicks) and to pause, restart or change the budget of the school’s own ads;
- the school’s Facebook Page, Instagram account and Meta ad account, for the same purposes.
The dashboard reads and changes only the school’s own accounts. It is used only by the school’s management, and does not collect information about people who see the school’s ads or posts beyond the totals Google and Meta report. Sign-in keys are stored encrypted on our server and are never shared. The school can withdraw this access at any time from its Google or Facebook account settings.
The dashboard’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
